I always thought our diet was healthy but my husband & I signed up this fitness plan as proved me right after 6 days neither of us as not lost any weight. We are both eating up to 1200cal in fact it said on one day that John had not eaten enough, I weigh 70kg want to lose 10kg John weighs 103kg also want to lose10kg. The only thing I have changed is Rivita instead of Wholemeal bread. John has changed from thick sliced white bread to medium sliced HE HAS ALSO CUT OUT THE 2 SPOONS OF SUGAR & MILK IN IS 5 CUPS OF COFFEE PER DAY, but after 1 week no change in his weight. Can anyone suggest how we achieve weight loss.

6 days is not enough to show weight loss -- esp if you do not have much to lose (in your case) or have not made many drastic changes.
Thus there is no immediate gratification of seeing the scale move. You will get want you want if you keep following your plan.
Be patent. If you want, open your diary so we can give you specific pointers.
Keep in mind this is not about "healthful" food. This is about limiting the number of calories in that food.
Log in the diary meticulously.0 -
"Healthy diet " - I ate a healthy diet when I ballooned up to 50lbs heavier than I am now. I simply ate too much of my healthy diet!
1 week is nothing - give it more time.
If you are not seeing results after a month then reassess, open your diary (which is private) and ask for guidance (which will probably be log your food accurately!).
If John is only aiming for 1200 cals (plus exercise calories) then that would be totally inappropriate. If you have selected 2lbs a week weight loss that is probably too aggressive for you too.
There is some good information in the sticky threads pinned to the Getting Started forum, well worth spending the time reading.0 -

we don't do any pacific exercise, only walking. John had a quadruple bypass 16 years ago but worked until last year. We don't gain weight but we don't lose it either, Will try the treads, thanks

Weight loss takes time. 6 days is not long enough. Wait a few more weeks and check in again. As long as you're being honest in your counting you should see progress.0

Your husband should be eating at least 1500 calories. Also, one week is not enough time to judge why you aren't losing weight. If nothing has changed in 3-4 weeks, then it's time to reevaluate your logging. Make sure you enter everything accurately in the meantime.0
