I am not interested any longer in being sick and tired. I will be a different person on my 50th birthday in December. Just wait and see!

    I'm almost 59. I'm down 70lbs, and have about 30-40 to go. I have so much more energy now and just a brighter outlook on life. So many things I want to do that I couldn't because of the weight. We have the power now.

I have buddies to do this with but one friend is in South Africa and one in Georgia..I'm a little far away being in NC ..but we are all trying to spur each other on!!
