Tomorrow will be a new day! I feel great. It's a warm day here, already 40 degrees at almost 2 pm with a clear blue sky after several days of mixed rain and snow muck. Go brush your horse, I know mine need it and all of us feel better for it.
  • Oooh, 40 degrees! We have snow at moment, freezing! I'm missing my tucked up in front of the telly winter comfort food I think! Pony all tucked up in her warm stable with her hay for the night.

This happens to me when my calorie deficit is too high for too many days and/or I didn't get enough sleep the night before.
  • Must admit, I have been under my calorie goal yesterday and today but not by much!

    Eat
  • I will! Just don't want to start nibbling and picking again! Lol.

Pre-log your days to include snacks.

Go out with your pony tomorrow. That should lift your spirits.
  • My pony helps a lot! I've worked as a horse trainer for the last 25 years. I love spending time with my little sweetie though. She is just a youngster so can't actually ride her yet... The weight will fall off when I can ride her! I'm breaking her in spring and need to lose the weight so I'm not to heavy to do this. The weight has piled on since I sadly had to part with my last riding horse in June last year.

Grumpiness and low spirits for me is a sure sign I need to eat.
I make sure I choose something healthy with some protein.

A black tea (like English breakfast) or a cup of coffee helps, too, but only temporarily.
