    Struggles/successes this week: Stress. So much stress. I have full time course load, plus a full time job (which I hate), my mom just put her house on the market so I may be moving in the next month or so, and I'm about to turn 24 with half a psychology degree, no real life accomplishments, having been single for over a year, and still living with my mother. At this point I think I just want to lose weight so I can feel like I'm in control of something again.

    Hey Guys! I'm new to forums - I'm a little apprehensive about them - but I'm open to doing new things this year! So here it goes:

    I want to lose 15 pounds by my birthday (March 20). I think it's important to start your week off with your goals, so here are mine.

    Goals for week Feb 1 - Feb 7:
    1.)Do Piyo 6 days with rest day on Tuesday.
    2.) Follow Couch 2 5k plan (Week 1-2)
    3.) Follow Clean Eating plan and stay within daily caloric allowance.
    4.) Do not step on scale until next weigh-in Feb 8th.

    I'm would like to join this group. I'm starting Shaun T25 from Beachbody tomorrow. I hope I start to see some good results. This weekend was hard for me due to doing a lot of binge eating especially on junk. I'm working on getting back on track.

    Hi everyone! Just a little bit about myself - I am a new mom looking to lose a ton (85+ lbs) of weight by the end of 2015. I am currently on maternity leave and find myself lazing around. I look into my beautiful baby girl's eyes and can't imagine her feeling the way I do so I am taking the steps necessary to ensure my husband and I can be healthy, happy role models for her. I have struggled with weight issues my whole life and she is the best reason I can think of to finally put myself to the test. Best of luck to everyone with their challenge this month! Please feel free to add me as a buddy.

    I plan on starting T25 on 2/2/15 (modified, I am SO out of shape and still recovering from a c-section in November) as well as working on Couch25K, strength training and adding in some yoga every couple days to help these old bones remember what being limber feels like!
