            This thread helps me so much.
 I restarted my healthy lifestyle in January after a very rough year and putting on around 30 lbs of stress weight. Now to get it off.
 Starting weight- Jan. 1st- 192.5
 Current weight - 188.9
 Goal weight for this month - 183.9 (-5 lbs)
 Ultimate goal weight - 160 (and we will see from there.)

 Food is a challenge. I exercise regularly, but I eat too much. I'm learning. I have an aggressive goal: to be down eleven pounds by March 15 (I have a special event to attend) and fifteen pounds by March 29, when I'll leave for a fifteen-day vacation.
 I'll be running a marathon in the fall. I also want to look good in the final version of the skirt of which there is a sample in the photo.0
