 Struggles/successes this week: last week was my first week using MFP after a long absence. I had a pretty good week, lost 2 pounds, ate reasonably. Didn't exercise the latter half of the week as a was fighting off a nasty cold, so I'm going to focus on that this week.

 I completed the weight loss challenge for January and am down eight pounds! I want to be solidly in the 150-152 range by the beginning of March. Currently I am on track with exercise but could switch out a few foods for something with more "bulk" and less calories to stay in the 1300-1600 calories a day range that I'll need to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I have the week's menu planned out already to help me stay on track. I've also left my food diary open to encourage accountability!

            I'm in! I just completed the January challenge, losing more than my goal of 8-10lbs for the month. I finished with a 12.8lb loss, and I feel that the challenge motivated me more than anything. Checking in each week was fun, and seeing everyone posting their stats kept me going. Looking forward to a new challenge each month. Good luck to all

 i've set a bit of a small goal for myself. I started on night shifts 3 weeks ago (and work 2 jobs) and going to the gym just doesn't work in my life at this point. Today i'm starting a 15 minute yoga routine when i get home in the morning, and i'm just going to try to focus on eating well. glad to be a part of this!0

But as soon as my three year old son is in bed I start eating!! I'm so hungry then, as if I've been starving for months!             Count me on please. I did a Jan challenge and lost 14lbs. I've weighed since then and seem to be up 2 but put it down to hormonal fluctuations as my diet has been pretty ok on average. So, I'll make my start weight for Feb my last formal weigh-in in Jan. Will aim at slow and steady loss.. target 6lbs for Feb.
