    Struggles/successes this week: Sunday Feb 1, feeling hungry and hanging at home (rainy day) so I was tempted to snack. A handful of cashews put me over my fat goal for the day, but I stayed away from the sweet stuff and ended up just under my calorie goal for the day. I managed to motivate myself for a brisk walk in the park and achieved my calorie output goal. It's been so long since I've been under 200 that I keep writing 208 as my weight and have to correct it. My real challenge as I get closer to my goal of 185 is to maintain good habits. I got to 189 briefly two years ago, but went back up over 210 soon after.

    Struggles/successes this week: I've been struggling for months now, so hopefully taking part in this would get me back on track. While I've been losing weight it has been incredibly slow, which tends to demoralize me; I then start slacking (on my workouts especially) which slows the loss down further which then... well, you get the idea. :neutral_face:

    Struggles/successes this week: I'm expecting the scale to not only not budge, but go up a pound or two. I was absolutly awful this weekend. I blew my 30 day tracking streak by not tracking at all on Saturday or Sunday and eating/drinking like an out of contorl wild woman! I'm back to it today. I'm not going to let one bad weekend ruin what I've worked so hard for!
