I am in month 2 of my third round insanity, I would say it is still brutal to me but it has really improved my stamina tremendously. I was doing JM's Banish Fat Boast Metabolism last night, i used to struggle through it in the past but it is too easy for me now.0

Just started week 4. Loving it. I really started to notice a big improvement in my fitness / stamina in week three.

what category(ies) do you use to log insanity exercise. I wish they would just add it to the database0

Today is Day 22 of Insanity for me. I also noticed a big improvement in my stamina last week. I can almost keep up with the reps on Pure Cardio now.

I don't have a HRM so I just use the circuit training option as a guide. Also have a look at www.insanitycalories.com which has a calculator for each workout based on your weight & age.

Same stage, I found the pure cardio & abs more manageable today. Not quite keeping up with the level 2 drills but big improvement this week.

I loved Insanity! It was my go-to workout when I first started on my weightloss/fitness journey. Big thing is just pushing through and mentally staying in the game each day. You can do it!0

I am on Day 2 of insanity and I keep telling myself I can do this!!!!0

I tried it a few years ago, at the time I felt like I was killing myself over it, always felt drained and shaky for up to 12 hours afterwards. However I saw some beach photos of myself after I had been doing it yesterday and woah! I looked damn hot!0

I used this site as well, then just created custom workouts under "Cardiovascular" for each video. I'm wanting to invest in a good HRM so I can track what I burn more accurately, but this works for now.

I love the way I feel after the workout. Today is the first day that I will work all day then have to work out with it. I am so tired but I am going to do it!!!0

I'm starting week 3 tomorrow! I'm also doing measurements weigh in tomorrow as well. Hoping for a bit of change as I havent had any yet. I have to make some modifications because the first time I tried Insanity, I got an ankle/knee injury on day 23. So I'm doing pretty good so far!0
