Any omelet with two eggs and veggies (or one egg and egg whites and veggies), can probably add some cheese too...
Low carb wrap with deli meat and veggies.
    Can of tuna and veggies.
    Chicken breast and veggies.

How much protein are we talking? Maybe a 3-4 ounce portion of grilled chicken served on a salad. No cheese and no dressing.

I would do some grilled chicken, or a protein shake. Hard boiled eggs are a grey source of protein too.

A shrimp cocktail. You can eat 3.5 ounces of shrimp for about 100 calories and about 24 grams of protein, leaving you enough cals for a sauce to dip them in.

My thoughts exactly!! But I must admit, sometimes those 'grey' eggs really hit the spot ;)

walmart frozen salmon. about 4 oz each filet. 100 cal each. bake in cast iron pan @ 350 or 400, maybe 5 min. boil up 1/2 lb spinach (or broccoli, or brussel sprouts or green beans, etc....) to go with. 152 cal. total. enough left over for some butter on the vegie.
