Welcome along everyone!!!!
I've read all your posts and I'm glad you've all joined us. Sorry I can reply to everyone individually....we are a HUGE group now!!! p11 - woo hoo!!!
Anyway....I see a lot of references to the Super Bowl from the Americans amongst the group! At least there's 6 days until next weigh in, eh?
Some folks asked about daily calorie amounts & deficits and eating back exercise calories - that's a completely personal choice. I personally eat 1200 cals per day and try not to eat back exercise calories but I'm no expert about these things, it's just what works for me!

I try to do the same. My goal is somewhere in the 1,300's for calorie intake, I exercise all the time and try my best not to eat those burnt calories back. It's worked quite well for me so far. Also, I've been doing the 7 minute total body work (great little workout, I found it in the app store) and I don't even track those workouts. I figured 7 minutes isn't really worth it, but I know that I did do that little bit extra every day.

Week 1: (Struggle) As always, craving for chocolate. (Success) Increased my calorie goal from 1200 to 1400. Probably not everyone would see this as a success, but this indicates that my mindset is changing from 'dieting' to 'sustainable lifelong healthy eating'.
