Not eating enough?

There are a few days where I watched what I ate and wasn't able to exercise. It's telling me I am not eating enough. Well, I'm not hungry at those moments, so I don't eat. Has anyone else had this?

Nope. My calorie goal is 2000 and I usually come pretty close to it. In any case, I never come in below 1200, unless I'm sick or something, and as a 32 year old guy, you really shouldn't either.

Snack on raw almonds, bananas, slice up an apple and dip it in peanut butter, have avocado with your eggs in the morning, and fry those eggs in some butter or coconut oil, and don't forget to log those cals too.

Food is fuel - you may not "feel hungry", but that doesn't mean you're getting all the cals your body needs. You don't want to overeat, but don't sell yourself short and end up undereating either.

You're a 32 year old man that nets under 1100 calories on a regular basis ... you're eating too little.

Yep I've definitely had a few days where I felt totally full and satiated but was under 1000 calories. I feel like you should listen to and respect your body and not stuff yourself just to make MFP happy if you aren't hungry. Then again, I posted something like this on here and people were not very kind.

a few days here and there is not the same as doing this deliberately and consistently. A grown man has no business eating 1000 - 1200 calories on any kind of regular basis. My guess is that you'll crash soon enough.

The caloric needs for men differ from those for women. His diary shows a net intake over 1300 once ... under 800 twice. It isn't my lean body mass at risk from his low intake.
