Hey! So I'm new on here - I'm a first year college student and I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs by the summer and I was wondering if anyone on here had any advice or tips!

Advise from a recent college grad - cook as much of your own food as you can . Anytime that time allows meal prep, it helps so much when your on the run and can just grab healthy food from your own fridge I wasted so much money on food in college when cooking would be so much cheaper in retrospect, plus a lot healthier ! Good luck0

Eat lots of salads. Lots of green vegetables. Fish Be careful with the sauces of course.
Get to know portions. There are lots of visuals on the web for portions.

PLAN. My biggest mistake was shoveling in dorm food and THEN we'd say aww hell, lets order a pizza.
Make use of the free gym!
Watch the booze calories (especially sugary drinks).
Have fun.
