500 ml = 16.9070114 US fluid ounces
So... I'd count one bottle as 2 glasses.0 -
I don't know if that 8 cups thing is quite accurate. Are they accounting for the water that's in your food and other liquids you drink?0

Approx 2 liters of water a day is needed to replace what your body loses every day.

i hate water! am finding it very difficult and often forcing it down lol
ive tried cold tap or bottled lol
i was a tea belly with 1 sweetner and got thru 10 a day decaf lol but now i cant due to the milk in it
i have swapped to fruit tea cost me calories but it is ok..0 -
I often find that the more I drink....the more I drink! does that make sense? For example, if I'm having a day where I need to drink more (eg. long work out) I get thirsty even quicker, often having a couple of glasses an hour for the rest of the day!
Not had h2o poisoning yet though.....but i am a regular visitor to the little girls' room :P0 -
I'm not a massive water fan either but im thinking i need to start drinking more!
especially cant stand having water from the tap... !0
