So frustrated already!

I have faithfully logged food, eaten at or 100-200 calories under goal with the exception of one day last month. I have increased my exercise and tracked with a fitbit. And yet, I have lost 2 pounds. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!

don't give up! just because the scale is not moving as fast as you want doesn't mean that your efforts are not beneficial to your overall health! weight loss is a journey, not a marathon!0

If you do not have one, get a food scale to accurately measure your food.
Be patient. When you do not have much to lose, the weight moves slowly.0 -
