And I am here to lose 60 pounds... Minimum. Doctors orders. Any advice?

    Welcome!

    First and foremost, get yourself a digital food scale...you can't accurately track calories without it. In my personal experience I had the most success with getting a handle on healthier eating first before diving into a regular exercise routine. Educate yourself on nutrition basics, figure out your BMR/TDEE, and get ready to make changes that you can commit to for life.
