i get milk straight from a farmer every second day, it is so much cheaper buying from the farmer the at the shop!!! 2l at the shop is R24.00 and the farmer is for 2l R10.00.
the problem is it full cream, and i cant get skinned or 2%, its just full cream.
so if i make my "shake or a milk shake or a smoothy" will it be fine if i add half milk and half water will that be almost like skinned milk or 2%
anyone insight?

Good idea, in the UK they are now saying drink full fat and eat butter...with full fat you can mix it with water for making porridge etc.

I don't see why you couldn't dilute it by using less milk and adding water. I do that sometimes, but with 2% if we're out of skim milk.

Just log the exact amount of full fat milk you use. Don't substitute 2% or skim milk data entries for your diluted mixture.
