Hi! My name is Erin, I'm 26 years old, Ottawa Canada. No real weight loss goals in mind, just trying to stay active and healthy. I was diagnosed with PCOS late last year, and I've been trying to keep the symptoms under control since, with varying results. I'd love to meet other people here. It'd be great to be able to encourage each other :) But yeah, just saying hi!

    Hi, my name is Jenika and I too have pcos. I've been eating low carb ( ketogenic) for a year now and I have lost 54lbs as of today and still loosing :) Feel free to add me, it's always great to have the support of other woman with pcos! :D
