Hello all! Newbie here looking to drop some major pounds and get back to my cute little self.
Been hitting the gym again after a five year break. My body is telling me about it, but my brain is too stubborn to listen; so I keep going!
I've dropped about 22 lbs since November 1....and trust me, I didn't skimp during the holiday party season.
All words of encouragement and/or motivation welcomed! I figure no matter how slow I go, I'm still lapping the lady sitting on the sofa.

Good luck! Your decided to forego the convertible sports car, toupee and / or hair dye job, the 20-something year old girlfriend, and go with fitness - that's what I did as well a few years ago, and it was a great choice, lol0

Jeeze, and there was me dreaming of a Harley......guess I'd better get on with the workout.0

I guess a toupee isn't in play either? My bad, I didn't know that women experienced this midlife crisis silliness, too!0
