hello,
I'm looking for a decent 40(ish) minute kettle bell work out for beginners. I am in the UK so UK based things would be good.

I am happy to purchase apps or buy things online :-)

I have the Kettlebell Bombshell DVD by Lisa Balash and I love it. I think she may have some videos on YouTube also:

I’d look around youtube and see if there are bits and pieces on there that you like. Not sure you’ll find a full 40 minute session on there, but maybe.

Hi, I like using the kettle bells at the gym, would you possibly put up a link to the site or name that I could search on (if it goes well for you of course!)
    Many thanks x

I am doing Iron Core Boot Camp with Sarah Laurie right now. She has other videos too. Gin Miller and Paul Katami are also names to look up.

Steve Cotter also has a whole bunch of DVDs on the subject. Also a lot of tuition on youtube.

Lauren Brooks. She has a program called SLAM (Strong Like A Mother). Good stuff.

Look on YouTube for Paul Katami. He's got whole workouts on there.
