I have 316 calories, 33 grams of protein and 32 grams of carbs left for the day ...

I need some ideas here. I am maxed out on sugars and fat.

My food thus far into the day has been pretty well-balanced, so I am just looking to "eat up" the rest of the allotments :)

    That is a lot. If it were me, I'd make these high protein pancakes that I love. Egg whites, oatmeal, low fat cottage cheese, a little baking powder, vanilla. Grill them up, top with cinnamon and fruit.
