HOLY FRIGGIN CRAP! excuse my excitement but I've only been at this 3 months. THREE months! My original goal was 75 lbs, give or take a few, I'd be happy in that range somewhere.
I recently weighed in at the doc's office and have lost 24 lbs. That's 1/3 of my goal. 33%.
So I measured my waist and hips tonight just for kicks. Haven't done that since I started.
LOST 2.5 inches off my hips and one inch off my waist!!
I don't know where I'm going, but I like where I'm headed.

    Mostly just tracking, and have been "trialing" different workouts. Will be going away for three weeks where I can't track electronically but when I come back I will be going full force into a plan I'm sure.
