Mine's open, but I do 95% of my own cooking, so a lot of it is just personal recipes and may be of limited help. I also practice IF, which I know is not everyone's cup of tea.0

My diary is open. I have lost 1 1/4 inches from my waist and almost 10 pounds in just over a month. I eat super clean, and im never hungry. I have one cheat meal every two weeks, but Im very cautious about that also. Ill add you and you can check my diary out and I can help you if you would like the input.0

Mine it open. I don't cook much so it's pretty repetitive and I'm naughty most of the time but feel free to look and add me.0

I'm changing mine to public now for you. Keep in mind, I sit at a desk for 12 hours a day and I don't generally log my exercise on here because I track it elsewhere. But I don't eat a lot. I'm financially struggling right now, so I eat what I can. I do not drink anything other than water a day 1 cup of coffee in the morning. My diary is 100% accurate regarding food consumption.0

Mine is open. I eat fairly alright, but not well. I count everything except for water (always forget to log), and certain seasonings like salt, pepper, chili flakes/powder. I also don't log my BCAA drink because it's 0 calorie.0

My calories are set to some random number right now. It's less than .5 per week as I am hungry and want to slowly up my calories to maintenance and try a recomp. I'm pretty accurate except my scale sucks and there are some unlogged licks of peanut butter in the past week.0

I changed it to "Public" under the settings, so hope you can see it if you want to. I will be missing a lot of time in February and March though, because of vacations. (app on phone takes too long).0
