Hi there!
I'm currently 143 pounds and would like to get back to my goal weight of 136. Winter, weddings, etc. have taken their toll, and would like to cut down on my wine consumption also (empty calories, and tend to bad bad food choices afterwards).
I currently do the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 a few times a week (would like to get to 5 days) and I would like to bump up my walks/jogs to a few times a week.
My biggest barrier is motivational, and I know summer's right around to corner so now I'm starting to panic!
Anyway, big hello to everyone! I started my food diary on here today...I look forward to chatting with you!

im also doing jillian's 30 day shred video...im on my sixth day of level 1....i hope to move to level 2 next week......up your intensity in your walking andjogging and push when you feel you cant go anymore.....blessings0
