Eat big + Lift big = win. Is there any other question you have?

Expect to be lifting for (No less than) 10 months or mo continously to add 10lbs of muscle mass, and also expect that you're going to add a solid 10-15lbs of fat mass in that same time frame.

The bodies ability to develop lean mass at optimal potential is (roughly) 1lb/month of FFM, which generally will go hand in hand with equal fat mass development.

I don't think the OP has the energy to do the 10 months hard labour judging by the apathy in the post....

you wont gain 100% muscle..so if you want to gain 10 pounds of muscle you probably need to gain 20 pounds...assuming 1:1 ratio

10 months to gain 10 pounds of muscle seems pretty high. you could eat at 500 cal over your TDEE while lifting heavy, put on ~1 lb per month with a 50/50 fat/muscle split.

That has started happening since the forum "upgrade". Not sure if starting threads don't count as posts (and only replies are counted) or if the counter actually starts as -1 in some internal coding glitch.

I have no clue what you're trying to say. Because, your math, no bueno.

Only off by a factor of 4 -- how bad could that be?
