I currntly take part in pole-ersise classes twice a week....How do I log this?

If it dancing isnt in the database then you can add it in as a new exercise.
You can do some research on the calorie bun which will depend on intensity duration and weight as well as the activity itself. ive seen from 250-400 an hour.
Normal rules of caution, just make an educated guess. Dont eat them all back and see how it affects the scales.0 -
You can calculate yourself over a few weeks if you know your BMR. Log your calorie intake, your pole-ercise minutes, and your weight. You can get a rough idea of the calories burnt based on your actual weight loss compared to what it should have been based on your adjusted calories (eaten minus exercised).0
