    Morning everyone, well today is my weigh in day and i am dreading it, I have absolutely worked my hardest this week for my first weigh in for the challenge. Only to be hindered by Mother Nature boo hoo. Will still weigh though I guess will be good to know how my weight changes this week. Will update later.

    Good Luck Gemm!!!! I've seen your daily exercise burn and can back up that you've worked your butt off!!! Don't ya just hate it when the TOM comes and there's a huge chance you'll be retaining a few lbs of water? Grrrr!!!! At least you know that it'll go away and next week will be a much better weigh in. You never know....all that exercise still might have paid off this week too.

    Thank you, my sister said just don't weigh but don't want to do that so will weigh and log and hope for epic weight loss next week.

    Struggles/successes this week: I was in Januarys challenge and I believe it helped me...I don't post a goal for the end because I get stressed about it...I do better if I just do it 1 lb at a time and grateful for that...
