we all love Greek yogurt for its high protein, but sometimes need a little less sugar/carbs. I discovered this at my local grocery store today and so happy I did! 14g protein, 11 carb, 0 fat, and low 6g sugars!

I am diabetic and so I get the Carb master yogurt (only has 4 carbs and I think 9 protein for 6 oz, 60 calories). I can only find this at Kroger, but I have seen one of my MFP friends use it too and she gets it at Fred Meyers store

Kroger owns Fred Meyer, QFC, and several other brands. If you do a google search for your area you might find other options to purchase it.

I eat yogurt for the high fat content (9%) as well as the protein.

The 0% fat Greek yogurt in the uk is the best. And for cheese I use quark.

Me too! Good Greek and Turkish are 10% around here though.

Lucky girl. I get Liberte out of Quebec and I have to admit, I'm hard pressed to find anything tastier, oh, and I eat it plain.

Yes, I'm very pleased. I eat it with nuts or nut butter and honey or maple syrup <3 Or added to a smoothie! But I don't mind licking the spoon even if there's only yogurt on it :p
