what can I say I've tried almost ever diet, from WW to JC the food thing is great if you do it for a small amount of wait but in the end the feeling of your doing this for your self turns into your doing it for everyone else and if you fail your not just failing your self your failing every one around you and that sucks so I kicked that stuff now 300 pounds latter I'm here I have the tools but don't have the back up I need so let's be each other's back up :D
