It might just be your body getting used to the changes, or water weight. Don't worry too much about it.0

If you were undereating before...your body could have been in starvation mode. This means you'll put on a couple pounds before you start losing. Don't worry...just stick to it and you'll quickly see the scale move in the other direction.0

It's probably water weight....did you have a lot of sodium yesterday? If so, drink plenty of water today and it will go away.:flowerforyou:0

If you're weighing everyday, maybe try weighing less often and these changes won't make you so crazy.0

yeah it's impossible to gain 3lbs of fat in one night you would have to eat like 24000 cals (I don't know). It's not that fast of a process.
It is surely water weight or something like that0
