6 week PUSH YOURSELF challenge, WEEK 6

Well my friends, here we are, week 6! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? Did you think that this week would come, six weeks ago? I must say I have really watched each of you grow, and PUSH YOURSELVES, in the last six weeks. When we started this we had over 60 people who were "on board" for this challenge and when we end this week there will be 8 or 9 of us that stuck with it and completed this challenge. So, that right there should tell the 8-9 of you a lot about your dedication, determination, and committment. So, my hat off to you, and you know who you are.
It has been great to see the different results week to week and see how much more you PUSHED YOURSELVES each week. There has been an increased performance, from each of you, as each new week has begun. This is what this journey is all about friends! This weight loss, get healthy, get more active journey! If we can't dedicate, or commit, ourselves to a challenge, and stick to it, it will be hard to dedicate, or commit, ourselves to the journey as a whole.
If I can go from a 306 pound, sit on the couch, never move from the TV, not be concerned with what I put in my mouth person, 15 months ago, to a 199 pound, works out every single day, and four days a week 3 times a day, could give a rat's *kitten* about TV, and watches/chooses better things she puts in her mouth person, now, then ANYONE can! It might sound cliche, but ANYONE can! It just has to be within each of us to make it happen. We have to make up our minds and we just have to stick with it, day by day. You 8-9 have done that and I commend you.
I thank each of you for being a part of this challenge and showing that you have the dedication and committment to finish it. Now go out and make it a FANTASTIC week 6 and PUSH YOURSELVES harder than you have so far. Way to go each of you.

I ended up with 294 last week - gotta up it this week! Off school and have a lot of fun stuff planned so I feel like I may surpass all my weeks!
Good luck to everyone and as of yesterday I am 3lbs down since starting this challenge!0 -
Bump for later update...0

I know I've fallen off the face of the earth the last 3 weeks but I let exams and personal drama get the best of me. Luckily I only gained back a few pounds from it all. I'm starting over today and getting myself back on track and even though it's the last week of the challenge, and I missed half of it, I'm going to push myself to log everything this week and get in some good exercise. It's time to get myself back together and stop letting life throw me off my course. Kudos to those of you who stuck it out until the end and really committed yourselves!0

Hey All, Ran a bit short on minutes last week (only 297) and met all of the water amounts except on Saturday. I will do better this week especially since this is our last week. Great job to all those still participating, keep up the good work!0

Hi all, hope you made the best of your first day of our last week. I still have a little bit of the chest/head cold hanging around so I got in more than I have in the last four days, but also found it hard to breathe when I really got my heart rate pumping. Here is what I did get done today.
I did 65 minutes of walk/run intervals and burned, per my HRM, 750 calories
I did 90 minutes of a Hula Hoop class and right into a Kettlebell class and burned, per my HRM, 1144 calories
