    Small can of soup :) so yummy and easy and filling and so many different flavours to choose from. Or yogurt and banana.

    Dried coconut. roasted soy nuts or chickpeas, whole wheat tortilla with a banana and almond butter.

    GREEK YOGURT! It's my favourite :p I like it with an apple, banana or a cereal bar.
    Peanut Butter and a banana also tastes great & it's filling.
    Oranges are good if you're not that hungry but just want to eat - it takes a while to peel the oranges and they are full of vitamins and water to hydrate you. About 2 medium oranges contain 70 calories (will vary with size). :)
