My goals for this week are...
Walk two days for 30 mins a day

Well I walked today so one more day and one goal reached!!!

i want to lose 1.5 - 2 pounds this week hopefully
my weight in is thursday! :flowerforyou:
want to drink 2 litres of water a day, take my multivitamin
exercise 3 times on my cross trainer for 30 mins each0 -
Control myself around junk food and try not to let my snacking get out of hand!
I would say drink nothing but water, but that's really all I drink anyway (except the occasional quater of a glass of coke)0 -
morning everyone.
workout 4 days---already messed that up by missing my workout this morning.....try and do it today sometime:grumble:

lose 2-3 pounds
keep drinking my h2o

Stick to calories! (I went WAY overboard last Sat night!)
Remember my water! (Yesterday didn't start drinking it til 3pm)
