My goals for this week are...

Walk two days for 30 mins a day

Drink nothing but water

Well I walked today so one more day and one goal reached!!!

    i want to lose 1.5 - 2 pounds this week hopefully

    my weight in is thursday! :flowerforyou:

    want to drink 2 litres of water a day, take my multivitamin

    exercise 3 times on my cross trainer for 30 mins each

    Control myself around junk food and try not to let my snacking get out of hand!
    I would say drink nothing but water, but that's really all I drink anyway (except the occasional quater of a glass of coke)
  • morning everyone.
    workout 4 days---already messed that up by missing my workout this morning.....try and do it today sometime:grumble:
    stay on track with calories
    lose 2-3 pounds
    keep drinking my h2o:tongue:

    Work out four days (Sunday - done, Mon, Wed, Thurs)
    Stick to calories! (I went WAY overboard last Sat night!)
    Remember my water! (Yesterday didn't start drinking it til 3pm)
    Lose 1.5 pounds! (Putting me at 140.5)

    Lose my 1.5 lbs I gained at Thanksgiving
    Drink my water
    Stay within calories, all week
    Improve my attitude. :happy:
  • Limit my diet soda to no more than 3 cans this week.
    Exercise at least 6 days for at least 20 minutes.
    Lose 1lb by Sunday.

    Work out at least 5x this week
    Be brave and take a jog outside-even though it's freezing!
    Keep a positive attitude!
  • Stay within calories
    Not overdo it on the junk at the office holiday party
    Join the gym (too cold to run outside anymore)
