My job requires a lot of movement no sitting always stand and moving non stop for about 5 or more hours. So would it be okay to count my job as burning calories? I still walk/jogg and stretch every day.

It should be included in the activity levels you choose when you set MFP up. Either lightly active or active. There should be descriptions that include examples d jobs. Pick the one that is most similar to what you do.0

Go to 'my home' on the menu bar, then 'settings', then scroll down to 'food and exercise diary settings'. Good luck x0

I'd just set your activity level to moderately active or whichever one fits you more. That way the # or calories it gives you factors in your normal daily activities.0
