Really Sore After Kinect Workout - Should I Continue?

So, I've been working out using Dance Central for about a month on the Xbox Kinect. I really enjoy it but decided to buy the Your Shape game for a bit of a change. I did one 30 minute workout on Thursday, and woke up yesterday feeling really sore - it actually hurt to stand up from sitting down. I'm still feeling sore today, but really feel like I should get back into it. Should I wait until my legs stop aching, or would it be better to just go back into it? Perhaps with the less evil Dance Central...

If you really want to play try a lower intensity. I use Zumba world Party and Xbox Fitness for Xbox one. I actually just rented Shape for X1 from gamefly and it should be here today or Monday. If you want add me Daedric Angel, I mainly play on 360 but I have both.0

I've just done 40 minutes on Dance Central 2 on predominantly easy songs. I feel okay for it, but definitely noticed a difference in how much slower I was - Your Shape has killed me. It's putting me off trying it again, but I probably should. I'm Plathfan - and have a 360.0
