hello. I'm new to the site and don't really know how this works. Can anyone help me learn from their own path taken.

For me, tracking the calorie intake and exercises is more about being conscience about not only what I'm eating but how much, and also reminding me to be more active if/when possible. I'm also not 100% stuck on having to weigh myself and use that as my only metric for whether I'm improving (*for example, I've been fluctuating around same lbs for the past couple weeks, but the better gauge at the moment for me is my clothes fitting better....)
I think any progress towards health and better image is better than being stagnant or letting things get worse by doing nothing.....
