this works

I started a pescetarian diet ( you can eat fish but not pork, cow. .) It works and it's not bad for our body because we can find meat vitamins in other food! (2kg less in 1 month )

If this is what puts you in a calorie deficit, then of course it works.

Um, no a calorie defict helps you lose weight. Cakes, candy and beer are all pescatarian. And there's nothing in your body to clean that your kidneys and liver don't clean.

    No and no :)

But if it helps you keep a calorie deficit, go for it.

You look young. Anything that includes a calorie deficit will help you lose weight.

Well there is a lot of opinions and it's ok, but i've talked about this with a specialist and he thinks that's good, I have some pescetarian friends and they have done this and they are in good conditions.

My point is that you can still get, and remain, very overweight by eating a pescatarian diet. It isn't going pescatarian that makes you lose weight. And the cleaning out your body bit is hogwash, and if your 'specialist' says it does, you really need a new 'specialist'.

Specialist in what? Technically, my weight loss puts me in "good conditions" and I just had 1900 calories from Taco Bell.

You can lose weight eating anything as long as you're in a deficit. What types of food you eat is up to you, but losing weight has to do with how much you eat, not what you eat.

I lost weight by eating everything I want including pork, beef, chicken and fish.
    Also chocolate.
ETA-I'm in excellent condition almost 61.

    LOL how ridiculous

If you want to be pescetarian -great

If you are losing weight it's because you are eating fewer calories

And meat is responsible for cleaning your body, well offal ...your liver and kidneys ...neither have gills but are very effective

I know a ton of people who eat pork and cow and are in good condition. Your point? Oh an specialist reccomending you cut out certain food for no reason? Run! Far far away.
