Hello everyone! This is Deepa... into my second week...trying to eat clean...just started but it feels good knowing there are so many like minded people out there...let's encourage each other!!!

    This is my 2nd day, had the app for a while but never actually did anything with it. Feeling quite good day 2 and still motivated.

    Hey I'm Lyndsay, I've always struggled with my weight. Right now I'm more concerned about nutrition, hoping that if I focus on putting the good stuff in then it will reflect on my overall energy levels and weight loss. Slimming world and a few friends who are strictly on that is good for food guidance and I'm finding it helpful. The nutrition monitor on MFP is the best feature for me. If I know I need to eat a bit more, it shows me what food group I should choose from. I'm interested to hear what techniques you all use and what motivates you!
