I was wondering if someone could tell me how accurate Nutritional Values are on food packaging (maybe more specifically to the UK).

Dunno about the UK, but here in Norway it's pretty spot on.0

The nature of food is that the numbers on the package could be off by as much as 20%.0

Pretty sure they have a 20% leeway in the US.0

I got curious so I looked into it. Didn't find the exact percentage but it's got to be there somewhere.
