Yes true the hardest part is just consistency! Been there for me it's a roller coaster

It works but you have to make it work. It won't eat better or workout for you. Dammit I tried but it just wouldn't!!!

Be honest with everything you eat, you will be amazed at how much you eat them you will start to lose weight.
