today I am officially starting my life style change. Had any one ever tried the gnc energy and metabolic vita pack? If so how was it for you? I opened my first back today and I have a burst of energy.

    Congratulations on starting your journey. I haven't tried those, and honestly won't (I'm cheap plus I don't do well with anything that has stimulants in it, think squirrel on crack).

    I'm starting a lifestyle change today as well. Walked 45 minutes today. I have skipped the cookies today. Steps in the right direction. Congratulations on your journey. Not sure about the pills. Sometimes they give me a false sense of security. Remember it's a lifestyle change.... Does it include pills?
