I am horrified to post this...but I think I see some results...maybe..
I am on the 3rd circuit now...2 days into it. I haven't seen in weightloss in three weeks, but my clothes are fitting a whole lot better these days. I went from loose 14's and tight 12s to comfortable 12 and falling off 14s.

No, that means I am on level 3. I do it five days a week and take the weekends off. I've been doing it since January 5th.1

No worries! I am happy and a bit shocked with the results. I am super glad I took pictures now, because I don't see a big difference. LOL
I did lvl 1 for 2 weeks, lvl 2 for 2 weeks and lvl 3 I just started this week. My friend is sending me insanity, so I will try that one next. Just a note too, I also walk 3 days a week with Walk away the pounds...usually for 15-30 min after I do the shred. Depends on how I feel that day.0 -

I used this workout for over a year and half from October 2012 to mid 2014 as I find it works so well and really keeps you in shape. I stopped doing it last April as I was 3 months pregnant and decided to just take a break and keep my regular walking routine. I had my daughter Nov 17th and decided to dig out Jillian again in January. I started level 1 Jan 12th and decided to take pics this time around for motivation but I didn't take pics until Jan 22, I took another yesterday exactly 2 weeks later. I think I notice a difference in the last 2 weeks.

I do not have pics but I did level 1 and 2 and had great results. Not on the scale but in the mirror!
Afterwards, I switched to a lifting routine which has served me even more.
30DS, definitely worth it! Commit to those few weeks, just do it without questioning every single workout. Tell yourself that you can stop after you completed the whole program. (You won't though.)0 -

I am doing 30DS since 10th December 2014 and I have lost 2 kg.
The results are really amazing.0 -
I'm 14 workouts in...so here we go:
I think I can see a difference, weight not budging, but I am definitely stronger (now I can ACTUALLY DO girly pushups....yes, I was THAT out of shape!)
Overall loss so far is 3 inches:
neck 0.5 inches lost
back 1 inch lost
hips 1.5 inches lost
Not sure if that is the motivation you are looking for, but for me I see progress especially in my belly/spare innertube as I am now calling it!
@GaugeGale you look great! Awesome job in two weeks! DEFINITELY see improvement, and honestly you look great to begin with!
@4bettermenow BRAVERY PAID OFF BIG TIME HOLY MOLY......just WOWZERS! This doesn't even look like the same person, THAT's how comfortable being uncomfortable you got!!!! I think Jillian would like to see this. I'm going to mail her my results, because, well, I just am.1 -
thanks kellycasey5! I swear by 30 day shred. I bought it to get in shape for my wedding a couple years ago and have used it since. I am glad I took pics this time around, gives me motivation to keep going. You look great! I def see difference and in 2 weeks also it's amazing really. Just stick with it. I only did 12 sessions of level 1 so far. I think I may move on to level 2 this week. I do it 3-5 times a week, not every day.0

Looks amazing I have dvd intend to start makes me feel good to push through burns well done everyone. Is there any new photos now few weeks later be ace to see x0
