Today, I tried on a pair of jeans - in a size 8 (well, it's a 29 but I'm told it's equal to an 8). They fit perfectly.

I haven't been a size 8 in about 11 years. I started at a size 20.

The last stretch of this road has proven more challenging than I anticipated, so I wanted to celebrate this milestone.

    It's generally harder to lose the last 10-15 pounds than the 70 before. You really have to tighten up your logging and stay active. The less you have to lose, the more diligent you have to be.

    I don't think I've ever been complimented on my booty before (besides my husband). But it does look pretty darn good, doesn't it?
