Introduce yourself and 3 tips!

Hi! If you are and trying to lose weight/ get fit introduce yourself with three tips your doing to do so :) I love new motivating friends/ support!

Jamie, 24. Starting weight- 210, current-151, goal-140
1) big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner
2) cardio 5x a week for 45 mins a day
3) lots of protein, less carbs

    I am new to this trying to lose for my sisters wedding.
    1- lots of egg whites !
    2- I love sweets so try to eat healthy sweet foods like cinnamon and fruits to curb the craving
    3- don't eat after. 7pm hide from the kitchen lol
