Question for CrossFit people

Options
My husband goes to CrossFit four times a week -- he loves it and is in fantastic shape.

His birthday is approaching.

Is their a gift that might be helpful to have for CrossFit workouts?

He has plenty of athletic attire and good new shoes. Anything else someone might need/want at CrossFit?

Thank you!

    :) I already do that, don't I, since we're married?
I need a gift he can unwrap.

(By the way, he goes often enough that he's paying about $10 per hour, which is about what one pays for any drop-in fitness class in our area. )

I bought my husband some one on one sessions with the trainer. They are good if he had any specific things he wants to focus on.

Or you could check and see if there are any upcoming clinics that they are offering.

My aunt bought her hubby a new, personalized Olympic bar to use. Not really something he HAD to have, but he loved it.

My hubby bought me my very own wall ball to practice with at home. I love it so that's an idea. A jump rope to practice those double unders, hand grippers to help prevent calluses during the pull-ups and deadlifts, kettle bell, or even a subscription to a crossfit magazine. Hope these help!

Hand grippers might be good. Hadn't thought of that, so thanks for the suggestion.

Foam roller or other mobility gear. "Becoming a supple leopord" kelly starrett.

Maybe a barbell, his own set of rings, or abmat?

My wife got me a set of wodies from jerkfit.com. I didn't think I needed them, but I like them for really high rep bar work.

Never heard of "wodies." I'll look them up. They sound a little suspicious somehow. :#

Wraps, grips, weight belts, mobility rollers. Also, new lifting shoes (I like Reebook nanos) are always a good gift.

A deep tissue or sports massage is also a good idea if he's into that...

And I'm always looking for workout attire. Always.

Gloves, weight belts or a bag to put all his gear in?

Quick-clamp collars would be pretty sweet. I've only had experience with the NON roguefitness ones, but they've held up to a ton of abuse, both on the bar and off.
