My calories are set to some random number right now. It's less than .5 per week as I am hungry and want to slowly up my calories to maintenance and try a recomp. I'm pretty accurate except my scale sucks and there are some unlogged licks of peanut butter in the past week.0

I changed it to "Public" under the settings, so hope you can see it if you want to. I will be missing a lot of time in February and March though, because of vacations. (app on phone takes too long).0

Should have added, if you look at todays' you will see entries for almost the entire day. I do that most days. I pre-plan what I will eat so I can see how my nutrient macros will work out or if I need to ditch something and add something else. By lunch time today (central US time zone), I will likely have decided what I am planning to have for dinner and will have added it. Some days I already have the whole food plan laid out for the next day. It makes it easier for me to stick with it.0 -
