I have been using MFP since Jan 1 and I am loving it! Looking to add more friends with my same goals - I just turned 50 in November and I have about 75 lbs. to lose. I am in Southern California

Morning, how are you? I have come back to the fold and really need to find support. The phrase for me is 'all mouth no trousers'.
