It's just like any tool. If used correctly, it works pretty well. If used incorrectly, not so much.0

If you eat less than you burn you will lose weight. This tool helps you keep track of how much you eat. I recommend going to the top of this forum and looking at some of the announcements which give good advice for newcomers.
