hi everyone Iv been on mfp for a while but never had any friends or been on the forum before so hello everyone and anyone got any tips or success story xx

I would highly suggest adding friends and reading the community forum. It helps so much with motivation.0

Here is a calculator to figure calories to maintain weight, and then decrease it a thousand calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week.
