    You have been such a wonderful presence on MFP for me. Always supportive! We've been on here for roughly the same amount of time so I know that you are just as dedicated as I am. I've got a lot to work on macro-wise and fitness-wise this year. We're in it together baby! <3

    Thank you for the encouragement guys! I'm in it for the long haul. It's been a struggle lately as this winter weather keeps me from really doing my favorite exercise: long walks... it's too damn cold and icy!
