    Belly fat is normally the last part of the body to go when losing weight. In order to lose the fat, you must be in a caloric deficit (body fat is lost in the kitchen). Implement some weight training if you haven't already done so...Squats and deadlifts will do wonders for the butt and legs! Good luck...

    i am quite toned and okay with my weight ant body. but i have an ugly tummy with is so annoying. my limbs, arms shoulders are fine... its just a bulging lower tummy from years of eating rubbish....I am trying to do cardio and already lost 2 pounds. How can I loose fat specifically the belly fat? i am 5'2'' and 123 pounds. I cant really loose much weigh, loosing another 5 to 10 pounds would be excellent. but will that be belly fat if i workout? or workups will make my limbs more thinner while my tummy will remain bulged and hanging ?? :(

    Eat in a calorie deficit. You can't spot reduce, so it will come off everywhere together.
